I love seeing people make the changes that they need to in order to improve their lives, and I feel blessed to be a part of that process.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I've received a Master's Degree in Counseling from Cairn University.

I work with many different people, but I love working with couples who are in distress. I can help you get out of painful cycles in which you feel alone and hurt, and instead find new ways of connecting and strengthening your relationship. I am an ICEEFT certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT), the leading research-based couples therapy.

I also work with many individuals. I will utilize EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) to help you explore and make sense of your emotions, figure out where something is going wrong, and address the issue with confidence and resolve to find healing. I've trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA. I am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through IITAP.

I live in Telford with my wife and two sons, and we love to spend time together outside, either camping, hiking, kayaking, catching crayfish in the creek near our house or hanging out with our chickens, who of course each have their own name!
