I love connecting with people to help them grow and strengthen their relationships, navigate life transitions, and find healing for the wounds that keep them stuck in cycles of pain. I highly value the therapeutic relationship as a space for connection, clarity, and growth—and consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples in their journey toward healing.
I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. My background includes experience as a Student Assistance Program counselor in local schools and years of ministry support to couples, women, and youth through various roles in the church where my husband pastors.
Drawing from both clinical training and a foundation of Christian faith, I work with individuals and couples facing a range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique goals for counseling, and when desired, I integrate biblical principles and spiritual practices into the therapeutic process. My work is grounded in family systems theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—all within a safe, supportive space designed to cultivate lasting healing and transformation.
My husband and I live in Lansdale and have been married for over 30 years. We love spending time with our adult children and our Golden Retriever pup. I also enjoy walking and biking local trails, diving into a good mystery, and savoring homemade Italian food.
